Vintage Porcelain Double Sided Dunlop Tires Sign 40×24 Dealer Sign Rare

Barn Fresh pick I just acquired. This is a very rare double sided porcelain sign. It was for dealers only. Theres not a whole lot of these available. This piece was from a local farm in pa that leased rights to have businesses display their signs. I had the privilege of picking through some of their collection. I have photo copy paper work of the lease agreement that comes with the sign. The one side has concrete splatter on it but seems like it will come off. I did not clean the sign how you see it is how it was found. It will clean up very nicely though. Look in pics for details as there are chips in the porcelain.
