Vintage Lighted 2 sided Goodyear Tire Sign 1970’s
Up for sale is an original lighted (both sides) Goodyear sign used in a car dealer parts department. It measures 34” long x 12” high x 3.25” thick. A perfect size for either a garage or perhaps a den. This in an indoor sign not meant to be out in the weather thus all the colors are true and bright. There are 2 triangular loops on either end of the upper frame to affix chains to hang it from a beam or ceiling. It had 2 short chains on it when I got it and I’ll put those in a bag with it. I acquired this sign from a car dealership that was closing after 50+ years in business about 5 years ago where it had been stored in a utility closet. It was covered in dust , but lit right up when I plugged it in. The frame is aluminum and the two halves of the sign are plastic. It was meant to be plugged into an outlet with a switch as it comes with just a power cord as seen in the pics. If you’d like you may pick the sign up in person by prior arrangement.
