For sale is an early SCHLITZ BEER Advertising Spare Tire Cover. The patent for Schlitz Adver-Tire Covers is from the 1930s. This is an extremely fine example that is in amazing shape. This never appears to have been used. It does not have the cords that would have went through the flaps in back to snug everything tight. I do not believe anyone even attached the cords in the first place since it was never used. What a fantastic early beer advertising piece. This is for the person that loves unique beer advertising in excellent condition. As you can see the paint does have some crackling in certain areas, but you would be very hard pressed to ever find a nicer example of this. The material is a vinyl canvas. Please closely examine the photos to see exact condition as well as the diameter as I included a tape measure for the last photo. What an awesome piece that deserves a museum or prominent beer collection.
