This is a Coates tireman manual tire machine. In the beginning every gas/service station in the world had one of these. I was a gas jockey service station grease monkey in the early 70s. (My back hurts just looking at it) Kidding. This is fully operational. I have had a identical one in my shop for 30 plus years. I got this one from an estate sale here in southern Arizona.
