WAGNER LOCKHEED BRAKES Double Bubble Lighted Vintage Advertising Clock Lit Sign
Excellent condition, vibrant colors. Clock was manufactured by Advertising Products Inc. Circa 1950’s/60’s. 15″ – 16″ diameter, depending on if you measure side-to-side or over the bubble. Smooth (quartz) seconds-hand clock movement (no tick-tock, jerkyness). Everything works – lights and all aspects of the clock. No rust that I can find, possibly some MINIMAL corrosion on the aluminum ring (could likely be removed with mild cleaning). Exterior bubble has MINIMAL, if any surface scratches. MINIMAL, if any cosmetic damage to the clock face letters, numbers, or border that I can find. WELL cared for, although it could possibly use some cleaning on the backside of the interior bubble where the bulbs reside (mild dustiness patina). Slight discoloration, especially between 2 and 3, where incorrect size/wattage bulbs were used at some point (would possibly go away with cleaning of that area). New 12 watt LED bulbs just installed. Some scratches and slight bend on the backside near small hole for hanging (see pictures).
