It is made of heavy duty steel about 15″ x 9″, has rolled edges and a tube metal frame stand. Two folded back arms swing out to display with a truck tire. There are a few marks and paint flakes from being gently used. The box says Firestone A151 Truck Tire Stand, and has a label and stamp Tusco Manufacturing Co.
