Large Vintage Michelin advertising sign yellow

Old Michelin advertising sign in reasonable condition, but unfortunately somewhat distressed by someone using it as target practise with an air gun! There are quite a few deep dents in the sign, which is only made of light steel, although fortunately the surface does not appear to have broken, so there is only minor rust. Overall height is 28.5 inches and overall width is 24 inches. There is a number on the edge of the front of the sign – 71/65/1S – see photograph. The edges of the sign have all been folded over and crimped, which I believe is probably a sign of its age. Modern reproductions tend to be made of aluminium plate, not folded and crimped as this one is. It has been in my possession at least 10 years. If you live locally you are welcome to collect this item in person, subject to prevailing regulations at the time. Please pay cash if you do this.
