Vintage B. F. Goodrich Deluxe Silvertown Tires SMILEAGE Double Side Metal Ad Sign
We have a 1950’s vintage advertising topper sign. Designed and manufactured for B. Goodrich Deluxe Silvertown Tires. Made in Canada, we believe. Red, white and blue colors. Metal sign, rust evident. Bends show in photos. Four holes in the bent lip for fastening (rusting evident on the lip). Some touch-ups on the BF Goodrich blue part on each side, the tire and the white area at the bottom of the one side. Whatever was done, isn’t recent, as rust shows in and over it. Sign comes as photographed, as is. Bought from a large estate having over 1000 signs and auto advertising items, in Springfield, Ontario, Canada. Sign measures 30 x 9.25 inches.
