You are purchasing the following. Vintage 1960’s Seiberling Tires – Tire Insert Dealer Advertisement – 10 Inserts. The plastic inserts have a 15-1/2 diameter…. These inserts are in good shape with two of them having a small piece of the plastic chipped off on the edge (see photos). The inserts have some yellowing/staining due to age and some staining on the back sides. The bag of clips has 16 clips and it is missing 2 clips.
